If I exercise the buy-back clause, what happens to any extra inventory I’ve purchased?

Sec. A.11. of Exhibit A says that when we purchase the store back from you, we’ll purchase any extra FBA inventory AT COST, minus any additional costs (shipping, FBA fees, or removal fees).
